Ordered this products and not suitable size

I asked to return it
But they refused by saying so many rules

N not issued my refund.

I have been talked with multiple customer support people but no one responded yet.

As a customer i expected resolution but amazon is not ready to do it.

The way amazon deals with customer is not in the correct way.
