[Resolved]  Amazon India — regarding the non-availability of mother tongue marathi in the amazon app

Sir, most of the customers from the state of maharashtra shop online through the amazon app. The amazon app has options for all languages except marathi. Despite having the largest number of customers in maharashtra, amazon india is reluctant to provide the marathi language option. Consumers often demand marathi language but it is being deliberately ignored. Since i am not getting service in my marathi language, i have to suffer a lot while shopping online. As a customer, it is my right to be served in my language and according to consumer law, i must be served in my language. According to the rules of the central government, it is mandatory to provide services in the official language of the state in which you provide services and amazon india is in flagrant violation of these rules. We request that action be taken against amazon india as soon as possible.
