Amazon India — regarding upi transaction on 6th aug , 2018 | |||||
I made a upi payment of rs. 1120.00 from my mobile banking app of kotak mahindra bank to amazon india (Order #[protected] on 6th aug, 2018.in between then my internet connection, where i was using amazon app got disconnected, and amount had been deducted from my account. Now amazon is saying they did not got any amount from your bank and kotak is saying they have credited it to beneficiary account. I called both of them at least for 10 times (Kotak has no toll free no and their customer executive also mark ur mail as resolve, without answering it), but they kept repeating same reply. Kotak is clearing saying as it was upi transaction, its directly goes to beneficiary account. I am adding upi transaction id in attachment. Both kotak and amazon are blaming each other. If there is a upi transaction id, then why not they are tracking it. Directly they are saying that we didn't get your payment. First, you guys get clear about how upi payment works.
