Amazon India — Repetition of false delivery report | |||||
My son has made 2 online purchases with amazon india from abroad. It is disgusting to report the malafide practice being followed by amazon and their delivery agents. In the first instance (Dont have the order id), i received a message that address not found. On complaining to amazon helpline next day (Probably on 26th july), i was told that its a mistake and the item would be delivered the same day. The girl actually apologised and ensured that such things wouldnt happen in future. Against the second order, again a message and email was received on 30th july that no one was available to take delivery. This is another blatant lie as for even a second, no one moved out of our home. I demand a proof that no one was available, else a written apology and assurance to stop such unethical practice. Otherwise, i shall give this practice wide publicity through social media. Was this information helpful? | |||||
