Order#[protected]. Ordered the above mentioned mobile phone on 05th Jul'18 Flash Not working from 01st day. Minor scratches It was ordered from GGN for a friend in Meerut Now to get it replaced I am not getting a technician visit Charging for a Faulty Product and delaying replacement is pathetic customer service Below is the email from Amazon Hello Greeting from amazon! I will surely create a replacement for you but to proceed for the replacement i need a valid documentation. For which i will request you please send the images of scratches on the phone with the IMEI number to the below email id: [protected]@amazon.in And for the camera issue, i will request you to download the blancco diagnostics application from your account.
