[Resolved] Amazon India — Replacing for Mobile | |||||
I had ordered a phone "Moto g4 plus, 32gb " worth RS 13499, but I got defective product . 1st the charger is not working properly and 2nd the phone's power button was inclined in one side..it was loosely attached.. I asked Amazon to replace my phone and as they are promising that they will look into my problem and solve it.. They are not keeping their promise and no courier boy are coming to take phone yesterday I had talked with Amazon via mail they had told me that they will surly send courier boy today but today also nobody had came I got a message "Your return pickup is scheduled for today and will be picked up between 5:00PM-8:00PM by AmzAgent([protected]).Details http://amzn.in/5WrBf97" but still no one came. That courier boy will come with in 24-48 hours, from past 4 days no body is coming except Amazon promising mail that they will do something. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
