Hi Sir,
I have purchased a Ear phone 29th June with an Order#[protected] the article details is given below:-
JBL T160 in-Ear Headphones with Mic (Black)

The above article was delivered to me on 3rd July-18 and I have returned it on 10th july becoz of i did not got what I ordered for so the item was returned and did not got any acknowledgement or money refund to my wallte yet.

I need a immediate stauts on my amount when tried to reach this guys in amazon they are not responding.

I am very much frusted with your company and team, and did not expect such bad service from such great company. If i did not get the revert with in 24hours i will go to consumer forum.
