Amazon India — Requesting for replacement of the defective IPhone 13 I received

On October 7, 2023, during Big Billion Days, I purchased an iPhone 13 since I had an replacement option if I have any issues with the product.I never would have purchased that product if they hadn't given me the 7 days replacement option.I opted to exchange my old smartphone (Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1) at the time of purchasing.They offered me an exchange sum of 5600 for my smartphone, therefore when I bought the iPhone 13, I paid Rs. 41, 500.The delivery boy refused to pick my old phone during the iPhone delivery, stating it failed his verification procedures.Thus, I paid an additional Rs. 5600, making my total payment for the new IPhone 41, 528+ 5600 = 47, 128 but the invoice shows only Rs.41, 399. I'm attaching the invoice and a screenshot of the Rs. 41, 528 payment for the IPhone. I was shocked when I found the discoloration around the camera lens when I first received the new iPhone 13.I attempted to remove the rings around the lens using a cloth, but they still existed.In order to understand the cause of the discoloration, I also reviewed the Apple Community discussions. The Apple staff advised returning or exchanging iPhones if any user identifies discoloration. Three or four times, I observed the phone get stuck within 3 days o[censored]sage. Seeing the discoloration around the camera lens and the fact that new iPhones never stuck, I got to know that the product I received was actually a refurbished one.They sold me an old iPhone 13 instead of a new one. I chose the replacement option due to these reasons and uploaded all of my documentation as a proof for discoloration of my iPhone since they asked me but they didn’t solve my issue.I can also see scratch on my iPhone screen. My phone was not even picked for replacement as mentioned in their policy, the Amazon team just saw the Iphone pictures online I uploaded as documentation proof and told me that there would be no return or replacement. I've been in contact with them about this for the past six weeks but there is no positive response regarding replacement from them. I have ordered my Iphone from my friend's amazon account.Since we have to call from registered mobile number to talk about orders, they are talking to customer care team .The Amazon staff aren't answering their calls, and when they do, they tell that there will be no exchange or refund and hang up on them in the middle of call. They are asking us to contact Apple customer service. Since I purchased the mobile from Amazon, their staff should solve my queries and replace my iPhone.Knowing that I have invested a significant sum of money for purchasing a new iPhone, this is a tremendous source of mental stress and time waste for me since it's not a new one. When someone uses it for an extended period of time, the product will get discolored and the phone will become stuck.So, I'm confident in saying that the product I was sent by Amazon wasn't brand-new. I request you to take the appropriate action against Amazon and to provide me a new Iphone 13 replacing the defective product I received.I'm sure that you offer the best and quickest resolutions for customer issues. I'm hoping my grievance will be resolved quickly.
