    Sir I have purchased a cooler master mwe 1250 atx3 power supply unit on 24 oct 23 paying rs 19900 . i received the product on 30 oct 23 . when i installed on my pc on 11 nov 23 it was not working and the return window was closed . the service support or customer support was not available for contact. now what will i do with this defective product. total waste of hard earned money . fraud by amazon must be stopped at any cost

      I would like to bring to your notice that my orders are getting cancelled automatically while using my amazon gift voucher. I suspect there is something wrong with my account handling. I contacted customer care were i was told that my account is been blocked. I have a pending amazon gift voucher of 759/- which i would like to use. If my account would be blocked due to certain reasons and I can't use it further, no worries i don't wish to shop with amazon again. I have tried to mail [protected]@amazon.in as per customer care guidance but i have got no response for my query. I request the team to refund or credit my balance gift voucher to my bank account.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        On Amazon e commerce app, gold price is shown less than the market price and on top of it, they will attract customers with discount using credit cards.
        After seeing the final price, when a order is placed and payment is made using credit/debit card. One fine day, they will cancel the order and to get back the refund, literally we need to argue/fight with customer service personnel. After investing good amount of time, the refund will be credited after two week. By this time, we would be forced to pay the credit card outstanding bill. Also to get the money to the savings account from credit card account, there is a process

          I placed order from Amazon and I received different product as I ordered and it will done with me again and yet I have not received my money refund so I want raise complaint against Amazon service for faurding me

            I am putting all the chain of events regarding my order[protected].

            1. On 25th October, 2023 I had received a package with incorrect product (instead of Skechers shoe I had received Reebok shoe).

            2. I had immediately called the customer care and shared the images and invoices for the same. While I expected an immediate solution from them to my surprise they had said I need to wait till October 31st and I need to
            call myself for checking the status of the investigation.

            3. Meanwhile they had also asked me to share some documents like my name and date in a piece of paper along with the image of the shoe and some video evidence. While that was cumbersome and never understood the use of
            the same but still I had provided the same.

            4. Subsequently on 31st October I myself called the customer care and after keeping my call on hold for 25 minutes they said the investigation is complete and they will provide the refund. While I had requested for an exchange they said they can only provide a refund post pick up of the incorrect delivery. I had no other option and hence agreed for the same.

            5. Next day on November 1st the incorrectly delivered Reebok shoe was picked up by the delivery agent and I see from package tracking that has also reached the Amazon facility on November 3rd.

            6. Now on November 8th, I have received mail from Amazon customer care that the refund cannot be processed as per their internal investigation. Now, I neither have the incorrect delivery with me and also I have already paid for the order that has been returned by me.

            7. Post that I had highlighted the mail to their top management email id. Subsequently, I received another mail from Amazon customer care indicating that no further action can be taken on this subject and any further email will not be responded to.

            I had already paid for the delivery through my card and currently despite taking the return they are refusing to either refund the money or exchanging the item. I am raising the issue here as I am not left with any further escalation with Amazon.

              I have purchased a Crompton whater geyser on 21st October 2023. At the time of order it's shows item will be delivered on 27th October but it's not delivered. On 27th it's shows that the item will be delivered on 31st October now also it's not delivered. On 31 st it's shows item will be delivered on 4th November again it's not delivered. I contacted to customer care so many times but problem is not resolved. And the they said that it's the item will deliver before 8 th November. Still it's not delivered. And it's not allowed to cancel the order.
              Kindly look into this matter and take the action against this type of carefullness in service.

                Please help me to get my money back, I have been scammed they did not tell me the rules and now they froze my account and I cant withdraw my money. They encouraged me to borrow the money from a friend as I did not have any money I were looking for a job. And this job did not pay me and left me in debt with my friend.

                  I purchased a Cason CS6 action camera from Amazon India, but I noticed that it was damaged within one month of purchase. The product does not have adequate customer service care, and they denied service warranty without providing a denial letter. Amazon India has hidden the carried warranty and does not have customer support with calling or mail facilities. This brand only has WhatsApp support, which is not mentioned in the Amazon product listing. This valuable information is misleading customers, and I feel cheated by Amazon India. I need a resolution - either take this product back and give me a refund or I will go for legal action

                    Today, I had filed the complaint through your website with photos also but the details that I had submitted, contained some errors which happened due poor eye-sight at my present age of 90 years ( a retired Central Govt. Officer).
                    The correct text may please be considered as under:-
                    The package when opened, had the following discrepancies: -
                    1. Invoice showed model HP N200 instead of HP X200
                    2. No three years Warranty Card was found in the package. The outer carton indicated only one year limited warranty.
                    3. No DPI adjustment was noticed in the mouse.
                    4. Neither anywhere on the carton or elsewhere it is mentioned that the mouse has 2.4 GHz Wireless connectivity.
                    5. It contained one Dura Cell which cannot be supposed to last for 18 months.
                    6. I had preferred HP X 200 model only over other models like M120 or 150 as the battery life specified thereon was for 12 months only instead of 18 months.
                    Since the data of the mouse don’t match with that displayed at your website/ as per order, it should be replaced with a sealed Unit of proper specifications.

                      I have ordered a 1 TB HD from Amazon as a COD. When the HD came, I have informed the courier boy that the Hard drive seems to be too light, I think the package is empty. Since it was a COD I paid, however opened the packed immediately with a video.
                      It only have a case with no HD. within minutes, I contacted Chat support. They said, wait for 3 days for payment settlement, I contacted them again after 3 days and they said investigation to be raised. No one contacted me or asked for evidence. after November 2 2023, when i contacted them they said refund not possible.

                        I refer to this Acer DA240Y PC Monitor FHD available on Amazon India by seller Appario Retail.

                        See the product specs on Amazon. Seller says it's dual band WiFi 2.4Ghz as well as 5 GHz.
                        Acer themselves are silent on their official product specs on Acer site.

                        Kindly note that this info is totally wrong. The product only has 2.4Ghz WiFi and that too very weak. You must be in the range of 8-10 feet to catch the signal. Your AP is bit away and it no longer shows the network on screen.

                        Also HDR had no effect. Packaging was poor. The monitor was not wrapped in bubble wrap, so there's a risk of damage in transit.
                        Hope Amazon improves their service.

                        At least one good thing for me was that due to a manufacturing defect as proved to Amazon they finally accepted my return.

                          Hi,

                          I have ordered a Samsung Smart watch from Amazon of small size but they delivered me the large size. Now they are denying to replace the order with small size. They are saying that you ordered large size only, I know I have ordered small size and don't know how they change the size of the watch.

                          I am trying to reach their customer service from last 3 days and the support team is very rude and pathetic. they have no manners of how to talk to the customer, instead they are blaming for ordering the watch.

                          It is 19000 watch, how can I order wrong size when I know the replacement policy. they are doing fraud and cheating customers. Please either exchange the watch or refund my money.

                                    Sub - Poisonous kinsfolk olive oil delivered by Amazon.
                                    I had ordered 2 "kinsfolk Pure Olive oil" Bottles ( order no.[protected]. Sold by M/s "Hashmitha, Tirupur, T. N. Same was delivered to me on 17/10/23. Since we were using earlier purchased oil so we used this kinsfolk olive oil after 3-4 days of delivery. After using it for frying we started having stomach ache. For 3-4 days we could not understand what was causing this problem. Ultimately we zeroed down our problem to this new brand kinsfolk olive oil. Further it is worth noticing that on this kinsfolk bottle it is mentioned that this olive oil is "free from Argemone oil". We never saw such "Argemone oil" word on any olive oil brand. This poisonous Argemone oil is used for adulteration of mustard oil. So this kinsfolk olive oil is a cheap substandard contaminated spurious oil. A poisonous substance. If I give this for testing to "food & adulteration office" they are going to come out with very adverse findings.
                                    Since we had opened one bottle for use the second bottle was still sealed. I had uploaded photos of both bottles on return page of Amazon. I requested Amazon for return and refund for my money. On phone Amazon executive assured me of help. But the seller backed out saying as per return policy it had to be returned in one week. And my request for return was made on 8th day. First of all for a poisonous thing one day delay should not come in way of return. Further, since customer don't start using product on the day of receipt. As stated earlier we opened bottle after about 4 days of delivery and we could not ever think that olive oil delivered by Amazon could be the culprit of our stomach ache. So it took few days to come to this conclusion that kinsfolk olive oil is bad and causing problem.
                                    You are requested to look into the matter and ask Amazon to accept my return and refund my money or give me coupon for future purchase from Amazon.

                                      Rs. 1499, without OTP or authorization has been cut from my credit card by Amazon India CYBS SI. This is not correct and should be reversed. Kindly help.
