Amazon India — Responsibility towards customers | |||||
I purchased sony sbh80 bluetooth headset (Black) worth of rs. 5750/- on 9th september, 2016 recently i am having issue with the device so i went to the service center to claim the 1 year warranty with the order summary doc which was provided by amazon in my portal but the service center people not accepting it and they need invoice so i requested amazon team to provide invoice on 30th march, 2017 and they said they will provide with in 48 hours but they are unable to provide till date and they are asking me to wait for 3-5 business days because they raised a request to seller but seller us not responding. So i need to wait till the seller responds but i am worry about the warranty period. Was this information helpful? | |||||
