I am writing to express my strong disappointment and concern regarding the recent experience with my Amazon account. Orders that I placed were cancelled without my consent, and the refund was processed to Amazon Pay balance, despite my clear request for it to be credited to my linked bank account.
I received an email stating I had violated Amazon’s terms and conditions, without any explanation or evidence. I find this both unacceptable and unprofessional. I would like to know clearly how my order history which included regular household and pet care items constitutes a violation of your terms.
Adding to this, I was instructed not to contact customer care, which raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. The entire handling of this matter appears retaliatory, seemingly in response to my earlier complaint about non-delivery of items that were falsely marked as delivered.
My recent orders from 30/12/2025 were cancelled within hours by your account specialist. However, the refunds were processed on different dates, with the final refund being received only today.
I find it unacceptable that while Amazon was quick to cancel my entire order without any valid explanation you have failed to justify how I allegedly violated your terms and conditions.
I have been a regular customer, having made multiple purchases, and have returned only one item (Order ID:[protected]

due to a size issue. Except this item all other items shows as returned and refunded are initiated by amazon account specialist and send me a mail saying not to contact customer care .Are customers not allowed to return single items if they do not fit or meet expectations? or amazon cancelled all of my order as a retaliation against my earlier complaint of not delivering items that status shows as delivered??If I had made multiple returns or refund requests, then their claim might hold ground. But in this case, there is no pattern of misuse.
This appears to be a clear act of retaliation for my earlier complaint regarding missing items falsely marked as delivered. Instead of addressing that properly, my account was penalized.
I request a clear explanation of what terms were supposedly violated. As a paying customer, I have every right to expect accountability and transparency.
This experience has left me without the products I needed, no clear communication, I expect a proper explanation of why my account was treated in this manner and closure to this issue.
