Amazon India — return and refund process | |||
I had placed an order for a blue air air purifier on amazon india on 15th nov which was fulfilled by the seller on 17th nov. On 17th nov i had requested for a cancellation and a refund because the family situation had changed and i no longer needed it. But it is a shame to see how the consumers are hassled both by amazon and the seller. I have never experienced such a bad customer service. Does the customer not have a right to change their mind and get a refund. I was tossed between the seller and amazon. They have refused to cancel my order. I wish i was i india and could take this further but unfortunately my parents are alone in india and i cannot let them go through this hassle. Its a shame. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have brought a gif card worth 1000/- and it seems the mail ID to which I send the gift card, ain't received it.
