[Resolved] Amazon India — return issue of returnable product | |
I have bought a back rest from amazon.in on 31 december 2019 .Product reached me on 7 january 2020.Product size is very small and unusable.There is also 10 days return and refund policy for the product.But when i go to return page it shows non returnable.I contact the customer care on the same day and they asure that the refund will be credited to my account within 5 days. After 8 days when i didnt get the refund i again called amazon customer on 15 january 2020.This time they directly told me that your product is non returnable and they dont do any thing.Plz help

Jan 21, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Amazon india (180030009009)called me and took action on my complain and refunded the paid amount.A confirmation mail is send by amazon india regarding the issue and refund.
