Amazon India — Return item has not been picked

Hi,

I had ordered two shoes from amazon and got it delivered on time. Due to size issue i wanted to return the products. The problem is i had requested to return and the amazon agent has not come for the pickup or contacted me. The status in the website show that "return pickup verification failed".

Could you please help to get my refund. Please find the order details below
