[Resolved] Amazon India — Return not pick up even after 12 days (3 times repeatedly requested) | |||
I purchased a logitech mouse (Order no.[protected]. After receiving it, i requested for return on 09.10.16 & amazon promise me to collect it within 48 hrs but same was not collected. I again requested two times but it is not done till yet from my premises. A company like amazon not fulfilling his promises is very strange. Amazon must work to make its return pickup process more efficient. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
