It has been over 12 days since I raised return requests for two products from Amazon India, but the company has failed to comply with its return and refund policy.
My return requests were cancelled multiple times with false remarks “Customer denied pickup”, even though no pickup attempt or contact was made by Amazon’s pickup team.
Despite repeated follow-ups and multiple escalations to their so-called “Specialist Team, ” no resolution has been provided. Their senior staff member, Ms. Deepa Mala, was also unprofessional and refused to consider my availability for pickup, saying she “didn’t care” whether I would be available or not.
