I have ordered samsung mobile with above number on 5th and got it on 7th Aug 2022.
On 7th and on another day (I dont remember the date and do not have any proof of that ) I applied for return of the item on your portal.
On 13th Aug 2022 I again applied for return and exercised call back option. I got a call from [protected] at 10.35. am
The automatic voice spoke that the item will be returned and that I will get an sms regarding that. No sms came.
On 16.8.22, I again applied for call back option.
They told me that no online interaction w.r.t. return request exists on the system. and the return window exhausted on 15.8.22.
My request- Because I placed a call back and got a call from company within return time window, I need to retun the phone and get refund.
