Sir, i have purchased a product name worth rs 599/- on 12 aug 16 through online shopping site of amazon india. After seeing the product i decided to return it back for refund and i got a message from amazon that the product will be pick up from the given address by 16 aug 2016 between 8am and 11 am but till now no body has turned up to collect the item.
