Amazon India — return of the item | |||
I ordered pampers xl diaper pants in amazon last week, yesterday got the delivery. After the delivery i realised that i mistakenly ordered two numbers of pampers diaper pants. I want to return one of the item. Contacted customer care yesterday but ended up with no solution. I want amazon.in to consider this as a human error and take necessary action. I returned a product from amazon an they have initiated refund on 24th oct 19 which is till now not received by me amounted Rs 1171, they said that the fault is from canara banks side its being more than 15 days. i need my return please help they even gave me a reference id 741070
