Amazon India — return package no acknowledgement

Both above orders, asked for replacement. Whereas your courier persons collect the items, and we do not get any SMS nor mail on return.

Person coming for Pick up does not give any acknowledgment for pick up

Why ?

For above orders, items were picked up by Amazon persons, but so far I did not get any SMS nor mail

It is very bad on part of Amazon, not giving acknowledgement for pick up
With this we are suffering and loosing money and trust on Amazon
