On 4.1.2022 I had ordered for a pair of Martin Scott Men's Blue Fisherman's Style Suede Sandals-9 UK\BO9BX47X3Q (7716 Blue_Suede_9). The item was delivered on on 9.1.2022. But the wrong item was delivered. I had ordered for Blue colure, but got the Brown.
I had two reasons to return the product: the wrong colour and the poor quality. Then on 9-1-2022 itself I requested for the return, but in the request Form, I only mentioned the poor quality as reason. My request for return was approved. On[protected] the man came to pick the product. He contacted someone to verify the product and the reason for return. Then he did not take the product but asked me to complain. That's why I am lodging this complain to you.
Kindly do the needful to return the product and refund my money. I had already given the Bank details when I requested for the return.
I am a regular customer in Amazon. I hope the issue will be resolved soon.
