Amazon India — return pickup not being done intentionally by amazon so to surpass the return period of the product | |||
I bought "amazon basics double door folding metal dog cage with paw protector, 48 inches" purchased on 24th of november and placed a return request the same day. Since then i am doing follow ups on daily basis and everyday amazon is cancelling the return pickup, i have called amazon daily "daily" and they tell me that it will be picked up next day. The last time i called amazon, their executive told me that they will issue a refund in advance if the item is not picked up within 48 hrs and now the time period has completed and i called amazon and they asked me to wait again for 48 hrs. The return period of the product is 10 days and it's been a week now, they are trying to surpass the return time period by delaying the return pick. They are using false practices.
