Amazon India — Return Pickup Of Damage Item | |
On the 8th of October I got product delivered from Amazon India through is his courier partner E-com, when the package opened, found damage product, same day I applied for replacement of package & got mail from Amazon India that it will be pick in couple of days. But after that date gone no one from courier partner called me or not received any communication from Amazon India that pcikup is late, as return policy was for 7-10 days only. When I checked the app for current status found that my request of replacement was cancelled by Amazon without my knowledge & that was the last day of return. By God grace, I visited again to check the status & found no replacement / return showing, again I applied for Return of item with refund, from that day I am just getting dates from Amazon & no pickup from his partner company. Every pickup day my date getting extend for next 7 days. I complaint this so many times with Amazon customer service, I remember I had discussion with team of 12 members as on date, but no resolution. I request to take out my money from this Company, as they are happily enjoying pain of customer.
