Amazon India — Return problem for order no[protected] | |||
I am facing issues in returning the subject order. Seller has clearly shirked off his liability to arrange the pickup and put in on my (buyer) shoulders. Amazon customer care says that they are not able to arrange the pickup with any of their courier partner from my home address, which actually is false since multiple pickups, in past, have been arranged by Amazon for my orders from the same address. Now I am instructed to arrange the return by myself in 3 days, else my claim will be cancelled. This is so unacceptable and unjust for a buyer.
