I purchased lenovo zuk z1 from amazon.In after product shipped and delivered they blocked my account and now i want to return the product as they know they sent me a faulty product i contacted them through mail but they are saying ur account will be closed and new opened account will be closed also! Phone's camera is not working properly! There is a heating issue with phone and charger too! Now i want my refund what to do? Was this information helpful? | |||||
