Amazon India — Returned item and not yet credited

My complaint is about my order#[protected] and tracking id#[protected] was returned on date 16th Dec 2016.total amount 3, 099/- has not been credited in my a/c yet..I have called amazon customerservice..they told me that they received item back and amount was credited..problem is from bank side..please solve my problem and I hope it'll be credited soon
