Amazon India — returned item not yet delivered | |||
I would like to know the status of my order no:[protected]. A wrong item was delivered to us on 28th nov 2018 and hence we returned the item the very next day itself. We have still not received the exact item which we have ordered and the order update in the amazon is showning as delivered. Attached herewith the copy of the order we placed and the return order summary mail we received from amazon for your reference. Your reply on this will be highly appreciated.
