Amazon India — Returned picked-up by delivery partner, but never reached to amazon warehouse

Address:Pune

Delivery partner picked up return product on 3 Aug 2022 but till today i.e. 22 Aug 2022, amazon has not received it. When called the pick-up guy, he says, it was submitted on the same day, But amazon customer service says they haven't received it.
Now my refund is stuck in between this mess-up. Please help.
