[Resolved] Amazon India — Return/replacement

I purchased one moto g 3rd generation white 16gb mobile with one tempered glass on - 05.05.2016. The order no - #[protected]. Item delivered on - 09.05.2016. I paid rupees - 11, 158.00 (10, 999+159.00) after 15 days trial the product are showing defective. I think both injert sim side is problem. So my both nano sim does not showing or display in mobile. I repeated send massage to seller since 6 days. But no massage no reply to my repeated request. There is no reply from seller. So how the customer belive online shoping. I am a regular customer of amazon.In. So i request to you kindly take necessary steps for replacement my mobile and give me another new mobile.
