[Resolved] Amazon India — reverse pick up & refund | |||
On the 25th sept 2019, an order with amazon india was placed for item: able microwave oven membrane keypad model no :ce73jd | b01m5hjrmv (Ab378.) the product was delivered to me on the 30th sept 2019, after checking it was found that it was not compatible with the my micro-oven, so immediately we placed a return request, which i added on the attachment... I waited for 5 days there was no pick up, again i called on the 4th october initiated a 2nd pick up request, this time they promised that the pick will be done with the next 24 hours. According to amazon's terms & condition, it the time the reverse pick up is not done no refund will be processed. Again on the 11th october night 2 o clock i called them & this time they said that they would escalating the case to their seniors & promised again a pick up with the next 24 hours, which again, was never done. Sir, i'm totally exhausted & frustrated with this kind of customer service, think of it, that there are so many customers how have been facing similar issue & amazon enjoy's the money of such customer.
