I ordered the phone with full payment of rs4999 via net banking at around 3PM and received the confirmation mail soon after. In the evening Amazon cancelled my order.Though they have promised to refund my money but I want the product itself.I havr paid the whole amount and was very excited until the email arrived.Amazon should have apologised for their mistake but now i dont want their apology.I need my phone Why give offers when u don't want to sell at the price! Even the refund is going to take sometime, they dint cl or text me first regarding the matter.Amazon being a very established e-retailer surely dint expect it from them.Not getting any replies from amazon nor they are answering the calls properly.On one occasion the person kept me on hold for relatively longer period of time. I am really really frustrated. I need my phone.
