I am in doubt that I maybe I have got conned by Amazon.
For my aunt, I booked two orders of ""saifoo Men's Silk Blend Stylish Nehru Jacket set, black color, M size"" of Rs. 799 each; I paid the full amount of these two products(i.e. Rs.1598) at the time of booking(i.e. Prepaid).
However, she received only one order of the "saifoo Men's Silk Blend Stylish Nehru Jacket set"". Even that 1 order that I received was not fitting. So, I wanted to return and get the full refund.
Upon contacting the chat support, they gave a link to share some proof, which I did.
But now they are saying that their investigation team result shows that the product was intact from their side.
I have been using amazon from a long time and have been a loyal customer, but still they don't entertain their old customers, although customers are their business.
I just want my money back, as I have been charged for something that I haven't received. Was this information helpful? |
