Amazon India — Same product returned but refund not received

Very very bad conversation experience by Amazon India customer executive.

I have received this product which
Order No.[protected]
And Product Name is
FunBlast Robot Walking Moving Dinosaur with Flashing Lights and Realistic Dinosaur Sounds Toys for Boys, Kids, Girls
With 1 quantity amount is Rupees 569 /-.

I have return the product because it is not working properly
I have return the same product on 18 th -September 2021 with all the tags and proper packiging.
But till now i did not get my refund.

Kindly help me sir and issue my refund into my account .
Amazon customer executive are not helping me the took my product and also asking for payment.
Amazon not giving my money they told me I will charge you the amount and not give you that product which I have returned to amazon.

Pls pls help me...
