I have ordered a mobile phone SAMSUNG (S21 FE 5g) from AMAZON on 07th december 2022, Wednesday ; which was then priced at Rs.42498. The order number was[protected]-7522. I received the courier from amazon on 10th december 2022, saturday, in the late evening (after 6 pm). When unboxed, the packet was of samsung mobile phone which was sealed from outside but the product (mobile phone) was of vivo V23 5g.
We complained in the amazon customer service through calls and mails in the midnight only with all the details and the concerned photographs of the product, bills etc.
we followed-up almost everyday on which they continuously responded as their social media team is looking into this for investigation. And after several days of follow ups, they finally refused to resolve the issue and stated that they will not respond to our mails and calls from then.
We have posted and tweeted the matter on every possible social media platform by tagging the related brands i.e. AMAZON and SAMSUNG.
This is extremely shameful of the brands of this stature to fool their customers with such high end products.
An organisation like AMAZON is investigating the fraud issue by their social media team, which is beyond the limits of my understanding.
I have not received the phone that I ordered. Instead, a phone of an entirely different manufacturer packed in samsung box was received. This means that the phone that is billed to me is currently in somebody else's hands and can be misused for various purposes.
Instead o[censored]nderstanding the gravity of the matter the same is being handled in an utmost casual way by a multinational who claims to be highly responsible to customer issues.
