Amazon India — Scammed & cheated by fraud Amazon seller

My parents ordered a product (AGARO SALVO LOCKER) from amazon.The seller delivered to us a damaged/broken and a cheap product. Due to my dad being out of town, he could check the locker and assumed it must be in working condition but when they checked after a week, they found that the Locker only opens up with a key but not with the lock PIN number. He raised this complaint to the seller a few times and they demanded videos which we sent to them 4-5 times. They then asked us to perform a few checks and send that video again to them which my father did. When we entered the locker Pin it showed open but the locker remained closed. It could only be opened up to buy a key that's defeating the purpose of Locker safe! After countless calls my father asked him for return or replacement of the product but the seller refused and made up this whole story that few spare parts are missing for the product and that they will order it from Chennai & it will take some time and when it arrives we will install it which can take weeks. Since my father is in his 60s he didn't argue much but the product is sitting there for a month or so without any use. On his behalf I stepped in and mailed the seller to provide me the refund for the product as it was delivered to us from the start as damaged and what is the guarantee that it will work after we wait for another few weeks? I don't want to invest my money & time in a brand that sells faulty products, it shows no real life span or genuine quality, Where does this happen when a customer buys a product and then waits for weeks/months to first get it repaired and then use it? Its just a fraud tactic to keep the customer hanging so that they forget about this after long & these brands get what they wanted - scamming customers of their money!! I then reached out to amazon and First someone told me to send the mail with my concern & that I will be contacted further, no one reached me out, then again your executive mentioned about some "Denial letter" & asked me to reach out to the seller and I did. He straight-away DECLINED that to my face saying he never even heard of this letter? I then forwarded the mail including the chat history with the seller & then I was told I will be contacted. It's been 1 month of running after AMAZON and more than 2 month running after the seller YET no one has reached out to me from AMAZON. Thier executives keep making this story that some docs are further required to take an action, I keep sending those to them & still nothing. First seller harrassed us wasting our time and now amazon is ignoring all the mails/everything so that customer forget about this and they can keep our money. Once I got the broken product, it's within my consumer rights to demand my money back. Its my choice.I am not doing charity here to give away my money for some cheap product from a so-called fake brand. On one end, the seller wasted our time for so many days and refused to return & declined my request and asked me to wait for the product's spare parts?!? Together AMAZON and the seller took advantage of the customer's patience and money. First of all, the seller sent me the damaged product. The mistake is on his part and who is suffering in this? me. I have a useless product sitting at my home for which I paid full 4200 bucks. This is highly unreasonable to ask me to wait & get it fixed. I didnt pay the seller half? I paid in FULL AMOUNT, I am not going to sit here and let the seller force his wishes on the customer just because they were old and helpless. This is so disgusting and real torture for me mailing and calling AMAZON all the time just to get our hard-earned money back! AND no response from Amazon making this experience worse and too disrespectful! I have written counteless complaints and mails to amazon and called them 50 times just to put on hold for 30 minutes and not giving me any resolution or my money back for which they scammed us by allowing the seller to send us fraudulant and cheap products. They are trying to bind us in a contract that there is a letter that I need to retrieve from the fraud seller then only they will give my money back. They have been delaying this far too long so that I get tired and stop trying.
