Amazon India — seagate backup plus slim portable external hard drive | |
I bought a seagate backup plus slim 1tb portable external hard drive with mobile device backup (Black) from amazon - india on 30-72016 for rs.4299.. It worked for about 6 months and then in between would not open in the computer and now in the last month it is not getting detected or opening on any computer. I think they sold me a defective piece and i am extremely upset as i had a lot of backup files on it. How do i get it it repaired/replaced? Was this information helpful? | |
