Amazon India — Seller is doing fraud by sending wrong and expired product. | |||||
I ordered a shoes of campus "campus antro-3 men light grey & royal blue sport shoes size - 9" order #[protected] on 23 june 2016 but i received a wrong shoes with 2 level slip on packages on 2-august 2016. On one side it have level with my own address and other side, there is another level of other customer. When i open the package i was shocked that the product i ordered is not the one in the packages i received. I received a wrong product. I received a "sparx shoes model - sm 175 gent" instead of my campus shoes. The product i received is just the half of the price i ordered. I informed to customer care regarding this instantly within 5 minute. Sellers are doing fraud with customer they are selling the expired product. I requested to amazon to take action against seller that are doing this fraud. I am now returning my both order due to this fraud please return my both order. Now i have not any trust on amazon and will maintain a distance from amazon in the future. Please return these product and initiate the refund asap. Amazon never checks that what seller are sending to the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
