For the first time, i used amazon that too prime... I was cheated... I ordered lg 32lh576d81 i read the complete info in the website which mentioned once tv gets delivered i need to contact lg call center for installation and from the manufacture what all i get.. I was surprised when the lg call center told me that it will cost rs.2000/- +st for wall mount installation... No were in the webpage its mentioned.
When i called amazon they told me that its chargeable and its mentioned in my order and product page... I asked the customer care executive to show the same, now she says that its not there in the page or order for my product, as they may have missed but its usually like that... I was cheated... Any one can be cheated... Beware.. I will ensure i tell every one who order through amazon to beware of fraud... Dont be cheated... When i updated a review in thier website they have rejected review... All reviews good and bad has to be publised by ecommerce sites, only good reviews are published to misguide general public and buyers.. This is cheating by amazon... Pl see image attached.. They rejected my review.

      I have purchased the Dell Computer through Amazon (Invoice date 08th July 2016). Invoice clearly mentioned it is to be delivered with Windows 10 operating system. The computer was delivered with Ubuntu Operating System. I realised the same on 23rd July 2016 and since then following up with both Amazon and Dell. There is no assistance or resolution forthcoming. I have exchanged series of e-mails with Amazon and Dell. I need the product to be replaced with Windows 10 operating system.

        I strictly convey you, that none of the delivery agent came and no one called my phone number
        Registered in amazon, till now... Instead of travelling to my place... They usually chaet like these,... Please take action on that delivery agent...

        Today afternoon i got a message from amazon that one agent his number is [protected]
        I repeatedly called him to convey the message, but it is switched off...

        What is the use of the phone number i given in amazon...

        U people being an mnc.. Dont know to read my address welll... See my address u lazy amazon employees... See correctly i said "please give the courier to opp chairman house"...

        1. Amazon agent hasnt called me
        2. Hasnt delivered to exact address written in amazon
        3. Its usually happeneing in coimbatore for amazon...

        Please take action...

        If my product is returned i will take it as a cyber crime and i will file a case in consumer court for sure...

        Please dont make to do so...

          I have purchase of dish tv with installation in 25th april 2016. i paid rs. 1079/- for that purchase.. the company did not install the dish t. v. after many request. my refund request was[protected].
          I requested to the company to refund my money from last 03 month. the company did not refund the amount till date.
          Now the company says that it cannot give more information about this matter, and company may not reply to further emails about this claim.
          The amazon company is a very reputed company in the e-business but now this is the nature of fraudulent of this company.
          I never recommended to purchase from this company.

          I purchased 27 watt, CFL and received damaged CFL. So I complained and company adviced to return the material and return charges will be reimburse after receive the material. I did return process and expend Rs. 150/-. I received a cheque cheque of Rs. 100/- that is not encashed in my city. My bank adviced to request for direct credit to bank account because the collection charges of this outstation cheque will be more than Rs. 100/- and you may be loses.
          I requested various times to bank to credit the actual expended amount of Rs. 150/- to my account. The Amazon not refunded the amount direct to my bank account till date.
          There is much problems created by Amazon e-shopping. We never Redmond to purchase from Amazon in future.
          I purchased two speakers of harmon and kardon from amazon for Rs.13500 and Rs.20000 but i received same speakers. even the mrp of 20000 was 18999.00

            I ordered intex echo beats a basic mobile phone on 26 july2016 and the estimated delivery date was 29-30 july..i was really in need of a phone as I lost my I phone n i can't grab a new one so early that's why I ordered a basic phone so that I can use it until I can arrange money..Amazon mailed me on with July dat my order has dispatched n vl reach to me soon I waited n waited nobody called me.on 30th I received mail from Amazon that my order hasn't delivered coz addresse want there.I just wanna know nobody called me no one came to order anything to the address I mentioned than how could the ordering attempt has failed.today is 31july and I am still waiting for the call but no response.I even called Amazon customer service but these guyz are just saying you will get the order in 24hours.what rubbish is this.you guyz are troubling me a lot.just making us fool.I am waiting for my order since 3 days.I just wanna know wen r u going to dispatch it.amazon- pathetic service...

                I purchase a lenevo g50-80 laptop on 8 nov 2015. There is an offer from lenevo 2 yr warranty extension at this period (Till 7 dec).
                I applied for this but they canceled it because of wrong invoice.
                I reapplied for this but they again canceled because of delay in documentation (That is actually delayed by amazon for 2nd invoice).
                Because of that they agree to return item but actually they refuse to return.

                Today i found that from the lenevo service center reference, amazon provide me 2nd invoice also wrong.

                That is the actual reason of my warranty cancellation because i applied for this 6 dec one day before offer end.

                    I purchased a Double Bed Size Pink Foldable Mosquito Net from Amazon on 6th July and item was received on 13th July. As the product quality was bad I initiated a return and it was approved by Amazon on 14th July. However no one turned up to pick up the item and no communication from Amazon either. When I called Amazon on 31st July saying why they did not pickup the item yet and not refunded me, the call centre representative says the PIN code is not eligible for return pickup. They say customer is responsible to courier it. Once seller receives the item the refund will be initiated. And for so many days Amazon never bothered to inform the customer of it. Really shabby state of affairs!!
                    Why do I have to pay Rs 500 to courier the return of item worth Rs 1000?
                    My money has got blocked and I feel cheated by Amazon and wont trust it again. Others like Flipkart are more reliable when it comes to returns.

                      I placed an order of the oneplus 3 (rs. 27, 999) on 13th july. it's estimated time of arrival was 21st july. i waited but it was not delivered on the estimated date. then after that, the estimated date given to me was 26th july. i waited again. when it didn't reach me even on 26th, i called them again. they told me to wait for another 48 hrs. they are putting my order delivery on their so-called "priority". i waited again.

                      On 28th when the order didn't reach me, i called them to give me a refund. they said ok, they'll just send the package back to the seller. this will take 5 - 10 days and as soon as the package reaches the seller, they'll release the refund and then it'll take the bank 3-5 days to process the transfer.

                      Ok, now, i waited from 13th july to 28th july (15 days). and with that stupid process of theirs to give me a refund, i'd have to wait like 15 days more. wtf? this means that my money is going to be stuck with them and that too, rs. 28, 000. this is not a small amount.

                      The refund complaint was registered on 28th and today is 31st. the status of refund hasn't moved a bit. it was "amazon. com has requested the package to be forwarded to a different address" and is still in that same status.

                      I want my refund. i don't care if the package reaches the seller or not. i didn't get the package, i haven't touched the package so, why is it like that i have to wait for the package to reach the seller? i just want my money back! i'm seriously pissed about this case.

                        My son has made 2 online purchases with amazon india from abroad. It is disgusting to report the malafide practice being followed by amazon and their delivery agents. In the first instance (Dont have the order id), i received a message that address not found. On complaining to amazon helpline next day (Probably on 26th july), i was told that its a mistake and the item would be delivered the same day. The girl actually apologised and ensured that such things wouldnt happen in future.
                        Against the second order, again a message and email was received on 30th july that no one was available to take delivery. This is another blatant lie as for even a second, no one moved out of our home.
                        I demand a proof that no one was available, else a written apology and assurance to stop such unethical practice. Otherwise, i shall give this practice wide publicity through social media.

                          I have placed an order for Moto G4 Plus on 29th July 2016 (Friday) evening with an urgent delivery by paying extra Rs 100. It was committed that my product will be delivered by Saturday 8:00 PM but I didn’t receive the product by 8:00 PM. I was continuously following up with customer service on product delivery status and they requested to wait till the day end. I called customer care thrice and when I told them that I will file a case against them that they do not deliver on committed time, then finally at 10:00 pm I received below email without attempting delivery that we are not present at home to receive the product.
                          It is really a very remorseful situation where in I have not received the product and you are saying we were not at home. Since morning we were eagerly waiting for the product as I had planned a surprise for the family but could not complete the same due to your improper service and wrong commitment. We were at home and didn’t go outside for a single minute and postponed everything just to take the delivery as I had to go out of town tomorrow. It is really pathetic at your part to play with people sentiments and emotions.
                          Moreover, even If I agree that no one was present at home to receive the product then the delivery guy makes a call to the requester but I haven’t received any such call.
                          Please stop lying like this and making fool of the customers. It was a really bad experience for me this time. I’m a regular customer of Amazon but I don’t think I’ll be able to continue shopping with amazon ever again.
                          Very disappointed and dissatisfied!!!

                            I hate coolpad company for making this kind of mobile device and running this worst kind of service center in hyderabad, telangana

                            And i cant expect that amazon like e-commerce had given a chance to sell the product of this kind, i thought that amazon is having qc/qa certification with company's but i was wrong...

                            I made a very big mistake on[protected] by purchasing this gadget

                            The device was good for 20-25 days and after this days a new story started

                            The phone started heating when we use camera or watch videos slowly battery started draining quickly
                            O i planned to visit the service center and thanks to coolpad service support after keeping my phone for 3-5 days they simply said we cant repair your device and they returned my device...

                            Is it a good joke guyz???
                            I cant resist my smile when they said this words
                            The phone is in warranty and its just 6 months had been completed and your useless service center people were saying this kind of words

                            If your company service center (Coolpad) cant repair it then who will do it??

                            I need the answer for this from both amazon and coolpad...

                            Hope i will get a positive reply from you people or else i have to leave amazon and opt a different e-commerce

                            I'am attaching the service center invoice and my purchase invoice and i request my friends not to make same mistake what i did by buying this product

                              I purchased Lenovo K3 Note on 30/06/2016 from Amazon.in and after 2 days o[censored]ses phone's battery was draining so fast that's why I had to return it and I asked for my refund and in process of refund first I received a cheque from Amazon after 15 days of return date but the name on the cheque was not full name and when I went to bank with that cheque then bank said rejected my cheque because of not having full name on that.I want to ask a question that why AMAZON did not ask me for the full before sending cheque to me??
                              After that they said to me that if you want we can send your refund to your bank account then I given all the information regarding this and I got a mail before one week back that I will receive my refund in bank account but till today i have not received my refund.
                              Again I ordered Samsung Galaxy On 7 Pro from AMAZON on 12/07/2016 and the same problem with the phone as Lenovo K3 Note and I returned the phone and requested for refund and this time also they are sending cheque with the same error with short name and I have to face the same problem with the cheque.
                              I have called customer support of amazon many times but they are not solving my problem and extending time only.
                              I am a student here in New Delhi and my 20000 Rs are pending as refund and I am having problem of shortage of money.
                              So I request you to please look into this matter seriously and help me ASAP.

                                Hi I'm Rithik and I had placed an order for fast track watch on 30/06/16 from Amazon.in and due delayed delivery I had cancelled/returned the order to the seller and the return was on 16/07/16 and the refund was processed at 1:07pm on the same day and I received a message regarding that refund was successful but I haven't received any refund in my bank account and when asked as this both to the bank and Amazon there is no satisfaction reply.please help

                                  I am lodging a complain against amazon.in. The matter is they are not refunding money in my account as i have updated all the bank details at the time, i requested for return. When i did contact them, they told me that they have initiated the refund process and when i ask for transaction ID so that i can contact to my bank, they told me that they'd mail me with in 24 hours and after 24 hours, when i didn't get back my money, i call them back and they are now denying to give me transaction id. Also they are not transferring the call to their seniors.

                                      I placed an order of amaonbasics apple certified lightning to usb cable - 3 feet on 22nd july 2016 on amazon. in. made online payment of rs. 799. i was communicated via sms that the same will be delivered to me on 27th july by aramex courier (tracking id - [protected]). on 27th i got an sms from aramex that shipment has been delivered to me. however i did not received the same. i checked on amazon app, there also saw the shipment status as delivered. then on the same day i wrote to amazon customer service complaining the same but i didn't got any kind of response so far. then somehow i got contact details of aramex courier but there also i didn't got any response. still i am waiting for the shipment but no response from either amazon or aramex.

                                        Dear sir/madam

                                        I have ordered (order #[protected] and order #[protected] online royal men sherwani and men silver traditional kurta delivery within 9 july 2016 to 11 july 2016 but to till date 30 july 2016 product not delivery at my hand and amazon get delivery with extra charge rs. 49 each products by www.amazon.in but your (amazon) representative not delivered it on time.
                                        When i call on customer care they told me that they was delivered products to our socitey watchmen on date 12 july 2016 that was not acceptable. as per amazon peoples delivery is one day late and our society watchmen told me i was not collect any types products and not given signature. so
                                        My dear your chargeble delivery schedule was 9 july to 11 july so why you say delivered of 12 july that was not acceptable at my end. and second thing to till date 30 july my orders not received in my hand. why you not call me befire delivery? why you not get the produts directly in my or my family members hand? why your delivery agent was not recieved my call hence many call tried me? why delivery agent not recieved my call?

                                        Resolve my issue asap and revert me soon.
                                        I have not wear this cloths on my cousin marriage due to products not deliver on chargeble delivery date. and till not recieved and now this products is not important for me for future. so refund my money
                                        My money investment for this products is waste.
                                        I waiting for a good response from consumer forum.
