This is with reference to fraud transaction happened in my account from amazon. Fr account which has taken all my personal data i stored with amazon.In (Like my address, phone number, email id, credit card details) and placed an order for an item mentioned below.

Credit card also transaction happened from amazon. Fr and i got a message for the said transaction, i called amazon.In cutomer service and spoke with ms. Lavya and ms. Akhila, ms remya regarding the same. If such unwanted item reaches my home address i am going to court to file a law suit against amazon. I want my money debited from credit card account and want amazon.In to instruct amazon. Fr to stop the shipment.

Amazon.In executive is telling me to contact france customer service number to sought out the issue which is totaaly unacceptable as my datas stored in indian account were shared.

    This 32 inches 81 cms model 32cn32p01 hd led has burst and torn speakers giving cracked fractured sound;

    The receiver is not able to catch proper signals and hence always giving snowy television;

    It has never been installed,

    Our earlier complaints not attended to;

    It must be attended to, now...

      On 03/07/2016 – i have ordered bandridge bcl4902 2 metres micro usb cable (bcl4902) and one hp wireless mouse.
      On 7th i have received the hp wireless mouse, followed by one msg with tracking no. no.[protected], that bandridge bcl4902 2 metres micro usb cable (bcl4902) will delivered on 8th contact no. mentioned [protected]
      This is very strange, why both the orders were not delivered on the same day.
      This has happened in apr’16, when i placed an order of chargeable batteries and charge. oder placed on 3rd apr16 and was delivered with much follow ups on 16th.
      I called on [protected] and the person said that he has no order for my address on 8th july16. means order was not out for delivery.
      Today i called your call centre, and during the conversation he said that order is not out for delivery yet. it’s a clear indication that it will not be delivered for next couple of days.
      Caller has not shown any confidence either on dispatch department or on courier services.

          I have paid complete amount for the above order through credit card and i received only mobile box with accessories i. e without handset (phone is missing from the package).
          Immediately i have contact to customer care any send many email to them to replace the package or refund the amount i had paid.
          But till date no proper response received from them always getting false commitment.
          I request you to provide my refund or else deliver the mobile phone to requested delivery address.

          Third class service i am getting from amazon. they are just showing that it's a good company but the answer is no.
          Please resolve my problem as soon as possible as i am following up with amazon since 8th july'16.

            I had returned two products, number[protected]tanya traders) amounting to rs. 3, 424/-and[protected]blackberry) amounting to rs. 3, 999/-.
            There is something fishy going on in amazon. your records indicate that the money has been credited to an non-existing account created in my name. total amount credited to that account is rs. 7, 423/-. amazing part is that i don't have any such account and your representatives are not willing to share the details of the deposits.
            This stonewalling by your employees is very upsetting. kindly suggest how can i get my money back without filing a lawsuit? i will if amazon wants me to. i will be more than happy to share my chat with sheba.

              I had placed Order no.[protected] dated 07 Jul 2016 on AMAZON for three items (One Lenovo Vibe K4 Note (White, 16GB), One Sony MDR-ZX110A Stereo Headphone (White), and One Sony Microvault 16GB Pen Drive (White)). After selecting the option of internet banking thorugh SBI, the order was successfully placed and a full payment of Rs. 12, 104.00/-, including delivery charge of Rs 50/- was debited immediately from my SBI Bank a/c no. [protected]. My online statement is showing that an amount of Rs. 12, 104.00/- has been debited from my account and credited to M/s INB Amazon Seller Services Pv ASSPL Payments on 07 Jul 2016. The AMAZON online status dated 07 Jul 2016 indicated all three items are under processing and being dispatched with a delivery on or around 11 Jul 16. My complaint is that on subsequent inquiry about the items, AMAZON tootk a U-turn and emailed to me stating that the aforementioned order has been cancelled due to non-receipt of payment. It is impossible!. I have written to M/s AMAZON through M/s Cloudtail India who is FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) seller. Fulfilled by Amazon indicates that products are stored, packed and dispatched by Amazon. I am yet to receive satisfactory response through their customer feedback. M/s AMAZON falsely claims that I had opted for payment through credit card option and that is why there could be a mismatch in my name, but the fact is that I never opted CREDIT CARD option. I had opted only INTERNET BANKING option and the entire payment through SBI was 100% successful in the first attempt. I have a proof of my ONLINE transaction and Bank statement copy of which I am enclosing for your ready reference. Despite 100% advance payment to them (pse note that no refund has been made by them so far), the order has been cancelled. I want M/s AMAZON to explain me factual basis on which they have canceled this order? I request my all 3 items be delivered to my address at the earliest. I want to know why did AMAZON cancel my order soon after successful payment through internet banking transaction. I have written to AMAZON and still awaiting a satisfactory reply and action in this regard. I have suffered precious time and money in transacting online with them. Please help me to expedite this grievance addressed so that I get items against my order which I have fully paid for. Else, in worse case scenario, I get the refund with compensation amount back.                 I ordered 32gb sony pendrive with prepaid 10 days back. after long time today i received parcel. after opening there is no pendrive only one box in that box there only empty cover. it is vere very bad. i am eagerly waiting for that item. but it is not received only empty parcel received. i think it is a good company, now it shows that it service. please send my item immediately, othervese i report this matter to all press channels, and also go to consumer forum. i am a govt officer.

                  Sir,
                  I purchased htc mobile phone (model no. htc desire 526 g plus/glossy black 16gb/dual sim) having imei no. [protected] on 12/11/2015.

                  Roundly after 3 months o[censored]se, it started causing a speaker-mike problem for which i registered a complained to htc service centre (amritsar, punjab branch of ganpati towers) on 01/04/2016. when i could not get any response from the service provider even after 20-25 days of registering the complaint, i myself called them and heard a disaster response from them which was:-

                  “ your phone is out of warranty and some parts of it has been changed by someone else”.

                  Now, my question is ‘how is this possible’? if warranty period in every normal case is 1 year, how it can get over within 4 months?
                  Second and the most important thing is

                  “how can the parts of phone get changed, when i am handing over the newly purchased phone to htc service centre”?

                  After that conversation i’m continuously getting here-there answers from officials and i’ve given my un-repaired phone back.

                    This product was ordered on 4th june 2016 as i didnt get the order i raised a complaint with amazon on 28 june 2016 with officer jayali and she promised me to deliver the product by 2-4 working days and today its 12 july 2016 i have not received the order i called up customer care again mr akash spoke to me and he said he would replace the order again i want to raise my voice to say if amazon india cant deliver the product second time i think its serious issue kindly take measures on the same

                          Amazon one of the largest e commerce company literally going to hell.. No value for customers. They don't know, what is assurance, promise, satisfaction... U know what they do best, they can make indian customers fool they don""t know what is the value of time..
                          I ordered a phone on 9th of july costing 15k with 2 day delivery by paying extra cost.. Today at 11 july i got a message from the company that your order is out for the delivery they also provide the contact no. Of the the delivery man. He did not call me at all.. I call him between 11 to 12 am i asked when u will deliver he told me it takes some time.. I told him ok.."they after leaving all my work i waited him but no call from him finally nearly at 3;30 pm i again call him he told me i m coming, i have to go for an urgent work and also knowing that generally they closes offices at 5 pm so after waiting for an hour i again call him now what he is saying that i dont deliver at your location so your order will be delivered by someone else.. Means i waited for the whole day and at the end he is saying i don't deliver at your area what kind of stuff is this if you dont deliver than y dont u handed the product to the concerning area delivery man.. And after this within few minutes i got the msg that delivery was unsuccessful because your address was not found instead they even dont tried to locate that and at app it is showing that delivery attempt was made at 5:14 pm but me my mother my sister and my dog who make bark each and every time when someone is in the front of home but no one was there for delivery
                          After this i called at customer care after listening to me their representative told me dont worry sir we will deliver till 8 pm.. But still nothing
                          I again called about 9 pm then after listening my whole complaint the representative cancelled my call
                          I again called this time i told i dont want to talk anyone connect my call to any higher authority he told me i have to know your problem so i again explain each and everything to him so he out me on hold for about 5 7 minute than than told me that our supervisor team will call you within 15 minutes... I called them at 9:43 pm and its 11:00 pm when i m writing this complaint but no called i received from the concerning department
                          And now they are telling me that we will deliver your product at 13 july.. Great services

                          further i want to proceed on 13th July 2016 a great thing happened to me..
                          My product is out for the delivery since 11 of July but I don’t get it and they messaged me that your address was not available
                          Now today at 13/07/2016 a great kind of service provided. I was at home from the morning to then noon and from the noon to evening and from the evening to the night no one delivered my product but when I checked online it is shown that “YOUR PRODUCT IS DELIVERED”
                          What the hell I DON’T GET ANY ORDER whom they delivered my product and ‘it is signed by me ‘
                          THEY MADE FAKE SIGNATURE OF MINE???
                          THAT’S A VERY BIG ISSUE NOW.
                          THEY STARED MAKING CUSTOMERS FAKE SIGNATURE AND WITHOUT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMER IN REAL THEY ARE SHOWING THAT DELIVERY WAS MADE.LITERALLY SOMEONE SHOULD TAKE THIS CASE VERY SERIOUSLY.
                          THEY ALSO CHARGED ME EXTRA MONEY IN THE NAME OF TWO DAT "'GUARANTEED' DELIVERY.BUT THE DELIVERY WAS STANDARD ALSO THE DATE THEY GAVE ME FOR THE DELIVERY OF MY PRODUCT, I DINT GET GET MY PRODUCT AT TIME
                          i even confirm from the customer care Representatives that it is shown that product was delivered but payment is not showing there..
                          NEVER GOING TO DO PAYMENT IN ADVANCE..
                          AND CLEARLY
                          I DINT RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT.

                            I ordered some items from your amazon, that came to my place hassan (d) karnataka (state) on 10/07/2016 am not able to take that product on 11/07/2016. i have requested your hassan delivery manager like i will collect that items on 12/07/2016 but he reacted negligibly with me and he again and again saying me like i'll return your all product amazon. he is not a customer friendly person and he spooked like amazon owner. my humble request please take an action. my two friends also faced same issue.

                              I have ordered a tablet 5 days ago on 7th july... usually my orders r dilivered in 3-4 days by blue dart courier services. but this time its sent through fed ex.

                              The courier reached gurgaon (at a distance of five hours from my place paonta sahib) since then they r slowing it down. i mean wtf they kept it at gurgaon for 1 whole day.. then it left and guess what to a bigger route via ambala.. then it was kept there for 1.5 days and then left to reach another ambala depot and is still there.

                              I[censored] can easily diliver fastly through a easier, cheap, short and better route.. why not doing it.

                              Also there is no excuse for keeping my order at some point for days.

                              Please reply and sort this problem out.

                                Amazon India has been delaying delivery of the product and has kept my money. Amazon India you people assured me that i would get the delivery of the product 8th. They repeatedly asked me to wait for end of the day claiming they deliver till 8:00 PM. I kept telling them that the product has not moved (now it has been lying at their courier facility in Delhi) and they tell to wait.

                                More suprising is the fact they didn't even take responsibility to inform that delivery is delayed. And without my consent they rescheduled the delivery and stated in the tracking details that i requested rescheduling.. Massive fail by Amazon

                                  As per telephonic conversation with your advisor piya told me not refund the amount directly my account.i have return the package Saturday evening time around 6.00 and field boy already told me amount has been refund in mine accounts please call on customer care but I tried the call Sunday so not connected then today on words I call for amozon people so she was denied .so pls refund the amount today otherwise i have take a stick action against amazon.

                                  I purchase in amazon dell laptop. size is not comfortable for me.then i put return back. they will give the message with in 24 hours pick my laptop . but no one is responding .. i purchase in 29th jun there are giving in pickup 24 hours i mean 30th pickup..today date 7/05 no is pickup...time waste money

                                    Order #[protected] has been cancelled due to the reason of the payment couldn't be completed in respect of sri dilip kumar sarkar as mentioned in your e-mail dated 8th july, 2016. But i have already paid the sum of rs. 215/- (Full payment) for that item and the same was also debited from my savings bank account maintained with bank on[protected]. The mobile message sent from vm-amazon at 12:12 p. M. On 8th july, 2016 it was informed about this cancellation too and affirmed me 'if you have already paid, refund will be initiated shortly'. Since then, no amount has been credited to my account till today.

                                    You are, therefore, requested to refund the said sum of rs. 215/- to my bank account immediately.

                                    Give me that pages...
                                    I have not page no from 77 to 108 page in my this book...The chapters are 1. Properties of Matter, 2. Thermodinamics and Kinetic Theory.

                                      I order icse solved questions book it shows when track that it is delivered on 27th june but i didnt recieve when i contact amazon they say yes it is not received by you we are taking action but its over a month how much time more?

                                        Hi, .My self sandesh, I had bought one phillips headphone on 20/6/2016.but quality was too bad...sound was very low.I had spoke with your customer care executive, They insisted that they can't do the exchange...so what is the sollution for this?? I never expected this product from amazon...If i didn, t get replacement for this i will cancel my all orders & I will quit amazon...
