Amazon India — Selling defective product | |||
I purchased diplomat epbax system fro amazon n 2nd ay 2017. Due to renovation work was in process i tried to install the instrument on 16th june and i found it as damaged. I called amazon customer care but they gave a very casual answer that i have to contact the seller. Now the seller is itself an online seller of kind of product. I tried to contact the but they are not answering. It is really unfortunate that amazon is mediating for kind of seller who is selling damaged products and not answering. I strongly recommend people to avoid shopping from amazon as they are cheating people by selling cheap and damaged products. Was this information helpful? | |||
