Amazon India — sent different product | |
I ordered a led tv of rca 55 inch 4k smart led tv in rs 12999 from amazon india. They have taken order generated order details of same product, sent me messages and mails of my ordered product but they sent me micromax 32 inch hd ready tv and billed of same 32 inch tv. When i saw i rejected to take delivery. I complained customer service many time but they didn't replace the product and after that the show the status 'rejected by customer'. Please do the needful and deliver my product. They canceled my 9 ordered product in last six months without any reason. Was this information helpful? | |
