Amazon India — Sent me a used/refabrished phone when i ordered a new phone and not accepting/helping me for returning | |||||
I ordered a new motog4 plus and amazon india sent me a used /refabrished phone with a tampered glass sticked on it having few scraches on its body with crack on tampered glass, and unpacked accesories which also look like used. I tried going through several of their instructions regarding returning, sent a mail and they are just confusing me more, today it says item is no longer eligible for return Was this information helpful? | |||||
