Dear team, 17/05/2017 Order details Order date 02-may-2017 Order #[protected] Today tampered/opened shipment was send to receive, which contains food material for human consumption. Not only the box was opened totally but also one of the goods of total number of goods two was missing. I do not know how amazon can be so irresponsible with such sort of pathetic behaviour and customer service and representations. I cannot believe such erratic things do occur in your customer service and locals logistics. Frankly speaking i cannot tolerate this type of pathetic logistics. And what more can be horrible, when the courier guy says "sir if want to take it, or either leave it, box is opened and if you wish i am going to pay for this. Moreover along with his manager he says sir if you wish you can go for complaint". Amazon i want to escalate this issue to as higher level as it can be. Moreover after they kept me waiting for 26 days they did not provide me the replacement and their call back is still in process. And no action against the courier people.
