Amazon India — Shipment still not received | |||||
Order no[protected]. I have ordered this product on 9th aug and was told that it would be delivered on 16th aug. But unfortunately the product is yet not delivered. When i track the order it shows as shipped on 14th aug reachnear facility. I had to contact the courier company. I had to make several phone calls to courier company and then every time customer care said that it would be delivered next 24 hour today 6 days have passed but still not received or not receive any call to customer care. Today i chat with customer care assistant mr satyendra. I got same reply wait 24 hr or u cancel the order. I would like to request you, please wait till 24 hours from now. If till tomorrow package not deliver, please cancel and reorder the same in guaranteed delivery date, we will issue refund for extra fast delivery charge. Me: when i contact to customer care the same ans provide me Satyendra: i can understand but we also have some limitations as package delivery totally depends on courier service team. Me: 23 aug my son birthday. This is my son birthday gift Satyendra: poonam. I have respect of your concern. Me: if you not delivered so why are tell wait 24 hour. I am regular customer and now i am not happy your service. Satyendra: really appreciate that you have chosen amazon. Most of our orders are delivered on time, but few orders failed to be delivered on time and are late, i am really sorry for this. Me: 6 day i wait for my order and now you tell me your limitation and excuses Satyendra: poonam, if i would there i would also be reacted in the same way. If you want then you can also cancel your order. Me: this is my son birtday gift that its. I think you dont understand Satyendra: you can reorder the same in guaranteed delivery date option. Me: after 6 days you tell me cancel the order why u not tell me earlier and why u every time told me wait another 24 hr Can you share your escalation mail id Satyendra: i am saying you can also reorder the same in guaranteed delivery date. Else please wait till 24 hours from now. We are trying to deliver the package at the earliest.
