I received my order of SHIVANSH Coolpad Mega 5S Gold, 4GB RAM, 64 GB Storage on 14 July, 2022 with a warranty card for 12 months. After a week, when I started using it, I found that its battery is getting discharged very fast. I searched for this brands service centre but I couldn’t find one. When I looked for this brand’s phone number and called them and found those numbers doesn’t exist any longer. I also found one mobile number and called it. It belongs to one ex-employee of this brand. He says that this company closed its operation in India in the year 2020 and there is no service centre operational in India.
I wonder, how a product is being sold by Amazon, for which no services are available in India.
