Amazon India — Showing status Delivered but there was Missing Product

Address:HOUSE NO.-46 SECTOR-13, VANSUNDHARA

I have ordered an boat Airdopes on 3rd Sept 2022 of amount 1499.
I have ordered 2 earphones items at a time 1 i l have received but other was missing.
Order ID is[protected]
It's show a status delivered on 7th September but I haven't received it.
And after the complaint Amazon team were denying.

Updated by Minni.01 Amazon are doing fraud with the customer. They don't delivered the product and update the status as delivered.
Picked the product and don't giving the refunds.
