Amazon India — Sim network connection problem | |||||
I purchased Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Mobile on 27 Apr 2016 by onlline in evening. As I inserted dual SIM inside mobile, only one SIM was working . I thought it may be network connection problem. After few days both SIM stopped working(Network Problem). SIMs are working in another mobile. I went to custom care centre of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 located at Bannerghatta, Bangalore. They cheked it and found software problem. I request you to replace this mobile. Was this information helpful? | |||||
