Amazon India — Smartwatch

Dear sir i had ordered an smartwatch from
amazon .After opening box strap and charger was
missing in box and i complained on amazon and
they said it willl take 3 days to resolve ur problem
Today i called them they said its not our mistake
and we cannot help in this matter
my whole money got wasted.
please kindly take appropriate action
