Amazon India — staff & doctor is not working properly

Today i am came in despansary doctor is not mark my medicine & i go to medicine counter this is medicine not mantion in record, i go to doctor and miss one & came to medicine counter one is also miss. This is not a single time every time do this thing in this depansary
Complant on this depansary head is also involve this things. He is not action of any thing he is teach me. I complant in head more time.. Not solve
