We received the above room heater on january 1st, 2018 and on opening found the heater lamp broken and could not be put into use. Immediately we contacted your deliver boy and informed the status of product received and want to return. The delivery boy advised to call the customer care and ask for replacement and we did the same for replacement of item and the pack was picked up on 2nd january 2018 and this was confirmed by sms message to my phone no: [protected]. Till today we have not received any Information from amazon when the heater get delivered to us. On checking In net under the status says the replacement is ordered and waiting to get the replacement for delivery. I hope and request the amazon take it fast and deliver the item or cancel completely and return the money in case it can not be delivered by this week (Today 16/01.2018 11.34 am) Was this information helpful? | |||
