Amazon India — still refund pending

I was purchased some items from Amazon.
Due to some reasons i was returned the items.
All items pickedup successfully from me in mentioned time and date.
But till the date no refund from Amazon.
When i demand our refund they r not replying properly.
I send many mails and phone calls to Amazon but till the date no refund.
Pls refund attached items from Amazon as early possible.
